Massive Double Room in Muswell Hill

Hi,

Our housemate has decided to move on, therefore we are looking for someone to take over their large double room.

The house is situated on a residential street at the bottom of Muswell Hill. There are plenty of amenities nearby as it is in walking distance of both Muswell Hill and Crouch End which both have great shops, pubs and restaurants. It is a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which will get you straight to Finsbury Park in about 15 minutes and also a 20 minute walk to Highgate tube station.

The room is big with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. It is bright and airy and you can see Ally Pally from the window. The house is really big with a shared living room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and garden. There is also a spare bedroom for people's friends to stay over etc. (Btw made an error on the listing and cant edit it, the house has 4 bedrooms, not 6)

You would be sharing with 3 others, 2 males and 1 female all between the ages of 28 and 35. We are all professionals working in sales, universities and TV/Film respectively and are looking for someone around our age who can fit in nicely. We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and conscientious and will treat the place like a home. We all have our own lives and like to keep quite a quiet house, but we do get together for a drink and a chat, so we're looking for someone similar.

In terms of costs, the room is £650 per month. Bills and council tax come to around £110 per month. A deposit of £650 will need to be paid alongside a reference from your previous landlord. It is avaliable from the 18th July.
