We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join our cozy and welcoming home in the heart of Muswell Hill, just a stone’s throw from the stunning views and green spaces of Alexandra Palace Park.

- A large, bright double room in a spacious and well-kept home with en-suite.
- Shared living room, kitchen, with all the essentials you need.
- A lovely garden perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a BBQ on sunny days.

We’re perfectly situated between the vibrant community of Muswell Hill and the peaceful escape of Alexandra Palace Park. Whether it’s a morning run through the park, a coffee at one of the local cafes, or a drink at the pub down the road, there’s something for everyone here!

We’re a sociable bunch who enjoy the sofa chats, weekend catch-ups, and generally making the house feel like a home. We’re looking for someone easygoing, friendly, and who’s happy to be part of our relaxed, respectful vibe. We’re sad to see our lovely housemate Izabela move south of the river, but we’re excited to meet someone new!
