A Bright and Spacious double room

I’m leaving this beautiful house after living here for over 6 years.

The room is very spacious, bright, and sunny throughout the day, with lovely wooden floors. It can be offered furnished or unfurnished.

The house is very quiet, clean, and well organised. We have a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas.

All bills are shared and invoiced monthly by the landlord, averaging around £180 per month in winter and £150 per month in summer.

If you’re not familiar with the area, Muswell Hill is a lovely, green neighbourhood with great local amenities all within walking distance, including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, and many charming cafés and shops. It’s also just a 5-minute bus ride to Highgate tube station, with easy access to Bounds Green and East Finchley.
