I’m leaving this beautiful house after living here for over 6 years.
The room is very spacious, bright, and sunny throughout the day, with lovely wooden floors. It can be offered furnished or unfurnished.
The office can accommodate two desks, is very bright, and is located next to the bedroom.
The house is very quiet, clean, and well organised. We have a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas.
All bills are shared and invoiced monthly by the landlord, averaging around £180 per month in winter and £150 per month in summer.
If you’re not familiar with the area, the house is in Central Muswell Hill, a one minute walk to all the amenities. Muswell Hill is a lovely, green neighbourhood, including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, and many charming cafés and shops. It’s also just a 5-minute bus ride to Highgate tube station, with easy access to Bounds Green and East Finchley.
