Hello all!
A lovely double room will be available from the 27th of April in the green and leafy Muswell Hill.
The room is furnished and has a nice view towards a garden.
Our home is a two bedroom flat with spacious living room, bathroom and kitchen that has all the usual amenities. There's also a driveway, where you can park. If you're using public transport, Highgate station (Northern line) is 10-15 min away by bus and Bounds Green (Piccadilly line) - 5-10 min.
Muswell Hill is a nice, safe area with the Broadway with many charity and coffee shops, supermarkets (from Aldi to M&S) etc. We're also 15 min away from a big Tesco.
My flatmate is clean and respectful professional in her 30s that enjoys the occasional glass of wine. We're looking for a similar professional female. Please tell us a bit about yourself.
The bills come up to around £ 166 in winter and drop in summer.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
