Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my lovely room just off Muswell Hill high street.

The room comes with a bed, desk, sofa, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a handy sink in the corner as well as a large balcony with a gorgeous view of Ally Pally (5 minute walk away). Kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and electric oven.

Less than 5 minutes to shops including Aldi and a big Sainsbury’s as well as cafes, restaurants, top tier charity shops, gym and bus stops. Closest tube stop is Highgate station, as well as East Finchley and Finsbury Park which are all easily accessible by nearby bus stops.
