We are looking for a new friendly professional flatmate who is mature and wishes to live close to tranquil Muswell Hill village.

Any member of the NHS, education sector or police/fire services would be most welcome to come and view our home.

The offer is a bright large sized double bedroom overlooking London with Alexandra Palace & Park behind us, with bay windows, fully furnished with fire safety and personal security measures included.

The bedroom has a triple wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers, 2 clothes driers, curtains, bedside cabinet + new bed.

The shared kitchen has usual hob, oven, large fridge, microwave, toaster and is fully equipped.

The bathroom has a bathtub/shower with wooden shelves and is spacious.

The flat is close to a pleasant local pub with organic + grocery shops, restaurants, gym, vet, doctor, dentist and bakery located nearby.

Muswell Hill with all its amenities including banks, Waitrose, M&S + Sainsburys, Post Office, Everyman Cinema and lovely shops is just a 10 minute walk away.

TRANSPORT: Bounds Green tube (5 minutes away) can be reached by a 102/299/184 bus that stops outside the flat. From there, the Piccadilly tube will take you into the centre of London (Holborn, Covent Garden etc) in 20 minutes. Highgate tube (Northern line) can also be reached by a short 134 bus ride. Both 102 + 134 are all-night routes. There is also the over-ground railway station at Alexandra Park which is 10 minutes walk away. This connects to two City stations.
There is secure bicycle storage available, under the flat.

A 'letter of employment' from your HR dept + a copy of your passport would be required as references.
