I've lived here for over 4 years and I love it. The flat is warm and dry and has lots of natural light.

The area is very quiet and is the leafy Muswell Hill, which is a 10-15min bus ride from Highgate Tube Station, zone 3 on northern line.

There is on street parking available and 24 hours buses 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Room comes furnished.
We share a living room, which has a sofa bed ideal for guests.

Rent is £650 and inclusive of all bills, WiFi included.
The deposit is £650.

About me: I am a friendly, bubbly, 38 years old, with a positive outlook on life.

I enjoy yoga, catching up with friends and family in the UK and abroad, which means at times you get to have the place all to yourself.

I am sociable, like to have a good chat and a laugh, but I also appreciate and value personal space. I work as a social worker so some days all I want is to hermit in my room, especially after a stressful day.

I am a tidy person, I like to clean after myself, and is important that you do too.
