We have a wonderful large double room available in our beautiful flat in Muswell Hill for £165pw/ with all bills included. Short term let until the 20th of April.
The room is very large with loads of storage space and is also en-suite.

My name is Niall and I work in the city as an engineer. My flatmate Alex is a designer working in Covent Garden.

Muswell Hill is a beautiful area and has been listed as one of the top five most desirable places to live in London by the Sunday Times "Best Places to Live" guide.
The flat is just off Muswell Hill Broadway with easy access to beautiful shops, an Everyman cinema, great restaurants, pubs and cafes and is right next door to a gym. The flat is 10 minutes walk to Alexandra Palace and the beautiful Highgate/Queens wood.

The area is very well served with public transport with bus stops just outside the door and is located between Highgate and East Finchley tube stations on the Northern Line that reach central London within half an hour.

We keep the flat very clean and tidy and it is fitted out beautifully to a very high standard. The back garden is massive with garage storage space. We are looking for a like minded person to share our beautiful flat with us.
