We are moving to Devon and are looking for max 2 lodger/s for our flat in London. It can be used as either two separate double bedrooms, or a bedroom and front room.

We will still occasionally come to London and stay in the loft room. For instance, when my partner has a work contract in London. However, most of the time you will have the flat to yourself.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped apart from a TV. We could make arrangements to your requirements, or if you prefer to bring some of your own furniture. There is also a cat flap leading to the balcony/garden.

The flat is in a quiet area with a balcony and big garden bordering on the Welsh Harp Park.

There is easy and close access to various supermarkets and shops. Brent Cross Shopping Centre & Wembley Outlet Centre are also not far.

Very frequent bus connections to the Underground (5 -10 min bus ride or 15min walk to either Neasden or Wembley Park). Central London is approximately 20-30 min on the tube.

Strictly non-smokers only but pets are welcome.
