We are looking for a single lodger who would like the privacy of a large, bright, fully-furnished studio occupying the top floor of our house with views over north London. Studio includes double bed, living area, desk and private kitchenette. The lodger would share a recently-fitted bathroom with one other person. It would suit a single professional or university student.

- 8 min walk to Neasden underground station on the Jubilee line (on the night tube, zone 3, 25 minutes to Baker Street)
- 5 min walk to Gladstone Park
- 5 min walk to local high street (Tesco Express, Costa Coffee, etc)
- 20 min bus to Brent Cross Shopping Centre
- 15 min bus to Wing Yip Oriental Supermarket

You would have your own recently-installed kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave/grill, kettle and small induction hob. You would share a recently-fitted bathroom with one other person. You would have access to a washing machine and dryer.

All bills, including access to super fast WiFi, are included.
