Furnished Double Room in a Cosy Flat

Spacious double room with lots of light

I'm looking for a flatmate to share a very homey flat.

The moving date is flexible from now til 5th of May.

The building is located on a quiet side street next to a park and the flat has a spacious living room and kitchen with lots of light.

The double room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and some drawers. (The room looks smaller on the photos than it actually is.)

The flat is located on Zone 2 and has very good connections with overground, trains, DLR and lots of 24h buses. We are only 8min train ride away from London Bridge.

New Cross station 5 min away
Deptford Rail Station 6 min away
Deptford Bridge DLR 12 min away.

There are plenty of shops around and a vibrant market on weekends and lot's of new bars and restaurants 5min away.

I work part time for myself and full time in hospitality. I'm easy going and tidy. On my spare time I like to cook and bake.

I'm looking for someone who's looking for a home and not just a room in a flat. It would be great if you're easy going, clean and tidy and every now and again enjoy having a chat or a glass of wine.

The rent doesn't include bills. The bills come roughly to £85/ per month each.
