House is 7mins walk from New Cross Gate station, 9mins from New cross station, both one stop from from London Bridge and connected to East London line. Ideal location for commuting into London, west end, Canary Wharf and city.

Close to Goldsmiths university and high street (7mins walk), also close by to local parks.

Household are individuals who are all Muslim Inc the Live-in landlord.. Current tenants include myself (Landlord) and mum (Landlady) and two lodgers. Room would be suitable for professional or a student (ideal for Goldsmiths students). Ideally the new tenant would be Muslim or at minimum tolerant of the values of the landlords' beliefs and their wishes. For example, there is no alcohol or pork in the household and guests visiting the household should be family only. Please note the landlords' extended family visit regularly over the weekends.
