One Room For Rent In New Cross (Zone 2)

Because I have to move back to Sweden I'm in need of finding a replacement to take over my room in this townhouse in New cross.

RENT: 625 PCM
BILLS: around 50 pounds depending
DEPOSIT: 670 pounds

TRANSPORT:
- 5 minutes walking to Tesco and Aldi. 10 minutes of walking to a big Sainsbury.

- 30 seconds to the nearest busstops that has busses to everywhere in London

- 5 minutes by bus to the closest overgroundstation: New cross gate. From there you have 5 minutes to Canada Water by overground.

- 15 minutes by overground to shoreditch

The contract ends on the 8th of June 2021 and you will have to sign a contract for this period of time. If you want to cancel the contract earlier you'll have to find a replacement. You'll live with 4 other design and advertising students. 3 males and 1 female between the age of 20-24.

Let me tell you a little bit about the people you'll be sharing this townhouse with:

All of them are extremely kind and social but has no problem with respecting others integrity and personalities. They all like to hang out in the kitchen to drink a few glasses of gin and tonic or to cook amazing food. We have one vegan, one vegetarian, and two meat-eaters. This makes cooking very fun and we can all learn new cooking tips from each other. They all like to play games, going to different events, or hanging out at the local bars around Newcross. They also like being outdoors so sometimes they hike and sometimes they enjoy a day at a park. They also love vintage shopping which is something that is very easy to come across in the New cross area. Their common interests are design, music, and art.

In this townhouse, we have a washing machine in the kitchen, a dryer outside, and two bathrooms. We have a big fridge and freezer that allows everyone one shelf each for their own food.

We are looking for someone that is social and friendly and tidy!!
