Hey! I have a lovely single room in my New Cross home (Zone 2) for short* or longer term lets. Available from 3rd July 2024.

Garden view, with desk, wardrobe and bed provided.

HOUSE:
3 bed, 2.5 bath house on quiet cul-de-sac with lots of shared space - garden, kitchen/diner, and large living room. Main bathroom shared with you and 1 other person only, with bath. You'd be living with me (live-in landlady), my friend of 8 years George, and my large houseplant collection. We also try to run the house & garden as eco-consciously as possible!

LOCATION:
Transport: New Cross Gate Station (5-10 mins walk), New Cross Station (15-20 mins walk), plus lots of buses (5-10 mins walk). All can get you into central within 30 mins
Amenities: big Sainsbury's + lots of shops on high street (5-10 mins walk)
Goldsmiths: 15-20 mins walk

RENT:
£680 pcm + £130 bills (cost of living crisis has hit hard...)

DEPOSIT:
£810 (equivalent of 1 month's rent + bills)
