We have a room available in our lovely house share. We are looking for someone to join us, and we would love to hear from you.

A just-refurbished, clean, and bright bedroom is available from 10 May. It is £175 p/w including all bills (wireless broadband, council tax, water, central heating, gas, and electricity).

It is a furnished 2nd-floor flat with central heating, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

It's a less than 5-minute walk to New Cross station (zone 2).

Ideally, we are looking for long-term occupants. You can stay as long as you wish. But there should be 30 days' notice before the leaving date.
