The room is big, furnished with double bed, drawers and a wardrobe. It’s facing garden so lots of light and quiet and peaceful at night.
We have big kitchen, dining room and lounge area. There’s also a good sized garden.

The house feels spacious with lots of communal space. It’s a three storey Victorian house in a nice street.

There's a cleaning rota, which we split between us.

We’re looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and considerate of shared spaces. The house is friendly and sociable, but generally quiet—we all keep things neat and enjoy a calm home environment. It would suit someone with a similar lifestyle rather than a party household.

There are stations Brockley, New Cross and New Cross Gate all close by with easy travel into the city. Plenty of shops, gym and amenities.
