We’re three friendly flatmates looking to fill the fourth double bedroom in our New Cross Gate flatshare. The room is a great price at £590pm, including all bills, and is available 1st October!
The flat is five minutes from New Cross Gate station and we have so many bus routes nearby that we often just hop on a bus to get anywhere. The room is furnished and the flat itself has a sizeable living room and has easily accommodated previous flatmates who’ve needed to work from home this past year. Along with the kitchen, bathroom, and the other three bedrooms, there is a very large shared garden.
About us: we’re two girls and a guy, professionals and students, looking for someone friendly and relaxed. We're looking for someone who will want to hang out occasionally for flat dinners and movie nights - but also appreciates that we like our own space at times too :)
