I’m looking for a student (preferably female) for a lovely big, sunny room in a quiet, freshly renovated flat — sharing with just one other girl.

The flat features a brand-new luxury bathroom, a modern kitchen, and bright, peaceful living spaces. Shops and cafés are just around the corner, with Sainsbury’s nearby and New Cross Gate Station only a 15-minute walk away. London Bridge is just 10 minutes direct by train, and the bus stop to Central London is a 2-minute walk — very convenient for getting around.

There are 2 rooms:

Room 1:

Large, bright, and fully furnished

Includes a luxury foam mattress, wardrobe, and large desk with cupboard space - ideal for study and rest

Quiet outlook, perfect for students

You’ll also have access to a locked private communal garden, a secure bike shed, and a private parking space.

Room 2; Extra large room with extra work/study area, brand new wardrobe and mattress, large table and desk lamb, lots of room.

The Home:

Peaceful, tidy flat shared with one other friendly female tenant

Independent living setup with a supportive landlord who stays at the property for 1-2 months in the Summer.

The landlord is approachable and may occasionally explain how things in the house work - so patience and good communication are appreciated

Availability:

This is a short-term let with the option to renew after summer.
There will be a 2-month summer break (around July–September) while the landlord uses the property - but:

You can store your belongings securely in the garage while away.

You’ll have first option to return afterward, saving you the hassle of finding a new place

It’s a great setup for students who go home or travel during the summer.
