Available now for a short let of approximately 1-3 months. There is some flexibility in dates and length of stay depending on your preferences too. There is the potential for it to become something more long term. Looking to fill the room in the short time while I sort out something more long term.

£1083 a month, all bills included. Essentials of toilet paper, hand soap and washing up liquid included. Fully furnished. Bedding and towels can also be provided.

Extremely well-connected to Central London via bus (for example Waterloo, Borough/London Bridge, Bank).

Short walking distance to both a small and large Sainsbury's supermarket, plus many pubs, cafes and takeaways/restaurants.

The room is bright with high ceilings and is equipped with a bed that can be made into either a single or a double, sofa, clothes rail with hangers, table, chairs, desk lamp and an ergonomic office chair.

Access to bathroom and kitchen with facilities including bath, shower, washing machine, clothes drying rack, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.

The flat has been hosted on Airbnb a few times and guests have always left 5 star reviews with particular comments about: the convenience of the flat for transport links and access to the rest of London, its cleanliness and bright feel. The last short let here was due to stay only 1 month and ended up staying for 5!

The flat is shared with one other quiet, friendly and respectful individual.
