our brand new renovated, fully furnished, bright house looks for suitable roommates.

We have 2 double room available. As you can see on the pictures they are brand new, in perfect condition, bright and furnished with a king size double bed, desk and spacious wardrobe. The bigger room is still unfurnished and can be furnished according to your needs and desires. If you are interested in the bigger one, we can agree on the furniture without any extra cost. You would have the unique chance to choose the items that fit your needs.

The monthly rent for Room 1 is £1185, Room 2 is £1285.
Which both include all bills + council tax, with our weekly cleaner taking care of all of the communal areas.

It is your chance to be the first tenant in these rooms. You will be sharing the other facilities in the house with a wonderful group of people in a fantastic setup. Kay is working in architecture and design, as well as being a huge foodie he likes to find the best spots to eat in London 🍱 Victoria is in game design and loves animals! 👾 We would welcome people ideally from 22 - 35 but we are flexible if you are the right person.

Our location is right by New Cross Gate station and is conveniently central, offering easy access to several stations and 24-hour bus routes.

We have a high-speed fiber Wi-Fi connection through a mesh network, ensuring a highly reliable internet connection.

We also have a shared garden that is nice to have especially in summer. The bathroom has a bath tub and spacious shower cabin.

The kitchen is big, has 2 fridges and will facilitate all your needs. There is a reverse osmose filter built into the sink, so that you can drink filtered tap water.
