Hey all, my name is Ryan and I'm looking for a new flat mate with a double room with a large balcony up for grabs. I'm a working professional in consulting and yoga teaching, preferably looking for another working professional.
The room:
The room is pretty spacious with great lighting throughout the day from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Large balcony, great for summertime overlooking green space. The room comes furnished with a bed frame, underbed storage, mattress, floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, bed side table, desk and desk chair. Fitted with floor-to-ceiling blackout & daylight duo blinds. Access to garden space.
The location:
In a great location, this house is a a 3 minute walk to New Cross station where you can get to 📍London Bridge direct in 6 minutes and 📍Cannon Street in 13 minutes. Overground TFL provides direct links to 📍East London (Canada Water/Shoreditch/Dalston), the Jubilee line and 📍Canary Wharf (12 mins). Deptford Bridge is a 5 minute walk from the house which takes you direct to 📍Blackfriars (10 mins), 📍Kings Cross St Pancreas (15 mins) and onwards. Deptford High Street is a few minutes walk away with a load of shops/restaurants and various choices for grocery stores. 📍Greenwich centre/park is a 20 minute walk away. Finally, the nearest Puregym for those interested is a 12 minute walk/4min bus journey away.
The house:
The house/flat itself is a new-build with top-tier appliances, over 2 levels so is set up like that of a house. An open plan kitchen, spacious living and dining area downstairs that's ideal for hosting some friends. In addition, there is a private wrap around garden (see pics) which is great in the summer with fire pit and garden chairs.
Upstairs is the three bedrooms and the bathroom that would be shared between 2 people - yourself and the third housemate (tbc).

SIEMENS appliances, dishwasher, washer-dryer combo, air fryer, bike shed, downstairs guest bathroom.
As you can probably see from the pictures, this place has been made very homely so I'd welcome anybody that's of a similar mindset. I have friends that live next door with which we love to have dinners, sit and chat, and hang out, meanwhile are very conscious of each other's space and respect everybody's downtime. I sometimes have friends over for dinner and occasionally drinks on the weekends but nothing crazy. This isn't a party house; if you're looking for an afters spot, this isn't the right place for you. I take care of the house because it is my own and always keep a clean environment.
I'm ideally looking for a professional that can slot right into my home set up. Someone that is relaxed, clean, LGBT friendly, works in office and looking for a home rather than just a room.
