I am looking for a flatmate and have a furnished double room available in a Leafy part of new cross, close to train stations zone 1/2.

About the area:
- Zone 2
- Quiet road
- 8-10 min walk to new cross gate and Queens Road Peckham stations
- 2 min walk to nearest bustops
- plenty of shops a stone throw away
- Free parking

About the me:
Clean, calm but sociable home and would like someone with similar values. I enjoy my personal space but happy to be social also (movie nights, dinner, drinks etc). I am vegetarian and don't mind living with someone who's non-vegetarian.

I enjoy pilates, the gym, nature, walks, being sociable with freinds and flatmates but equally love my own company to reset.

I work in the NHS and enjoy my wind down/chill time. This home would suit a professional female who can happily enjoy their own company but also doesnt mind being sociable.
