Double room, bills inc, short term let, renovated

My girlfriend is moving in April, and from late November/early December, I'm looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful flatmate to join my home in New Cross.

The room & flat:

- Double fully furnished room with new drawers, good quality mattress, a full-size wardrobe just outside the room (see photo) and additional loft storage.
- Bedrooms are upstairs; offering a sense of privacy and separation from the rest of the flat.
- Renovated and decorated to a high standard throughout; with a new kitchen, bathroom, oak flooring downstairs and new furniture.
- Parking available (first come, first serve and no permit required).
- Bills included.

Location:

-New Cross Station – less than 5 minutes’ walk.
New Cross Gate Station – less than 10 minutes’ walk.
-Close to shops, cafes, bars/pubs and other local amenities.

About me:

I’m a teacher, 36, easy-going, well travelled, enjoy sports, music and a good mix of deep conversations and silly humour. I’m outgoing but also respect personal space. I’m often out and about, so you’ll have the flat to yourself quite a bit but looking to connect with a new flatmate.

Who i’m looking for:

- Someone clean, tidy and respectful of the space.
- While very social, after work, I often like some space in the evening so would like the living room to myself some evenings to decompress.
- Ideally not working from home full-time although this is negotiable.
- Someone looking to connect but also has their own life outside the flat.
