1 Double Room Available on New Cross Road

Hi, we're a flat of young professionals looking for a new housemate to fill one of the rooms in a Flat on New Cross Rd.

We're a mix of creative people working in film, interior design and hospitality. We love to hang out and socialise, go gigs etc but also value our alone times. Feel free to tell a bit about yourself!

The flat is a 3/4 minute walk to New Cross Station and a 10 minute walk to New Cross Gate. You can be at London bridge within 10 minutes with ease. Greenwich is also a 20 minute walk down the road. Goldsmiths Uni is only across the road.

I've uploaded the original images of the flat from when we moved in during 2021, when I get time, I'll updated the images with how the flat looks right now decorated. Pretty much everyone rearranged their beds & wardrobes etc... Rooms can be rearranged/decorated however you like as long as there is no obvious damage.

As far as we're aware, the rent is set to be the as seen below but if there are any changes, I will let anyone who has messaged know right away. Deposit should be 5 weeks of rent.
