Good-sized sunny double room available with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, in a 3-bed Mews house. You would have sole access to a bathroom (although not ensuite, but next door to the room)
The house has a South facing back yard which is a welcome sun trap especially in spring/summer
The area is great, the house is on a fairly quiet cul-de-sac yet only 5-10min walk across Fordham park (all well lit at night as well) to either New Cross and New Cross Gate stations - both can get to London Bridge within 10mins. New Cross gate is also on the Windrush line. There are also heaps of buses going from New Cross Gate into all areas of town.
New cross is a lively, trendy area great for the music scene, and also 15min walk to Deptford.
You would be living with just me (my partner is gradually moving in around March), and a ginger cat called Brian (the lion :) He photo bombed the pictures but is not normally in the bedrooms (!)
Looking for someone relaxed and tidy, and who is ok with cats. To move in January,. timing flexible and for maximum 6 months.
