Unfortunately I am leaving this lovely 2 bed 2 bathroom flat. I am looking to find someone in replacement of me for this flat.

The bedroom that is available is the Bedroom 1 with an ensuite, please look at the floor plan. With a reception and a on site cafe. However note reception and cafe is in the main building less than 2mins walk away.

2 stops which is 6 mins overground away from Canada Water, then 2mins tube to Canary Whalf.

7mins walk away from New Cross station (train and overground)

7mins walk away from New Cross Gate station (Train and overground), where you can also find Sainsbury’s superstore, TK Maxx, B&M and Dreams.

12mins bus journey to Elephant and Castle on the Bakerloop bus.

Bills cost between £200-£250 depending per person depending on usage.

This is not a sublet, this is a tenancy replacement. The flat is managed by onsite friendly building management team. The building management team is UNCLE.

UNCLE deals with all maintenance issues with their own on site maintenance team.

All vetting process and onboarding will be done by the building management team.

You will be living with Ruth 34, female, engineer. Works from home 1-3 days a week.
