📍 Location – New Cross
The flat is less than a 4-minute walk from New Cross station. It’s only 5 minutes to London Bridge by train, and the Overground also runs from the station — super easy for commuting anywhere in London.
There are loads of cheap pubs nearby, cute cafés, and a few great parks within walking distance.
🏡 The Flat
You’ll be living with two lovely girls, both students (one doing her Master’s). They’re honestly the sweetest — we sometimes cook together or do little arts & crafts nights, but we also all have our own routines and independence.
The vibe is calm, wholesome and respectful — definitely more homey than party flat, though we do host the occasional dinner or pre-drinks.

✨ The Room
The room has a slanted ceiling which makes it super cosy and full of character. It also has the best natural light in the flat thanks to two large skylights.
There’s loads of storage (built-in storage + under-bed storage), so it’s great even if you have a lot of belongings.
We’re looking for someone clean, friendly and considerate who wants a relaxed, lovely place to live.
