Your Room:
A spacious double bedroom with sole use of the main modern bathroom. Since the other room is an en-suite, you effectively have your own private bathroom.

Location:
• 5 min walk to New Cross & New Cross Gate (8 mins to London Bridge).
• 10 min walk to Deptford DLR.
• 6 min walk to Sainsbury’s, B&M, and TK Maxx.

The Split & Logistics:
Total rent is £2625. To keep it fair, we (a couple) pay the larger share:
• Your Share: £1,175/month (plus bills).
• Deposit: 5 weeks rent (held by DPS).

Please note: the rent can be worked out in case you are a couple or two people sharing the room.

• Referencing: The building (UNCLE) requires household earnings of 30x the monthly rent.

You’ll be sharing with me and my partner. We are friendly, neat, and positive professionals who value a happy, peaceful home. We love our own space but are always up for a friendly chat or a coffee in the café downstairs.
