Spacious Bedroom next to Goldsmiths University!

Hi there!

I am looking for a clean & tidy, considerate & mindful and responsible person to live in my beautiful bedroom for 5-6 moths while I am abroad. The room is available from October 21st. I have been living in this house for 10 years and it truly is my sanctuary. I travel to Brazil once a year and I always sublet my bedroom.

It's a really big bedroom on the top floor of a spacious 4 bedroom Victorian House. The bedroom has 2 large double glazed windows and plenty of natural light. It comes furnished and has a TV.

THE HOUSE
It is a semi-detached 2 floor Victorian house with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, a cosy living room, a massive kitchen and a big privet garden. The house is spacious, super clean and very well kept by all of us so the feeling is of spaciousness and comfort.

The house is next to Goldsmiths University so we welcome students in the house but this is not a student accommodation, it is my home.

Keeping the house clean and tidy is a MUST! This is not a party house.

THE FLATMATES
We find great balance between privacy and socialising with each other. We are respectful of each other's space and we always keep the communal areas clean and tidy. We love to gather in the kitchen or if its sunny, in the garden with a glass of wine or a nice cup of coffee.

THE AREA:
We are just a quick 10 min walk to both New Cross and New Cross Gate overground. There are several buses that go directly to central London. Walking distance we have coffee shops and restaurants, organic food shops, parks, Sainsbury's, Costa Coffee and the famous Blockley Market that happens every Saturday is only a 13 min walk from the house. Very quiet and safe road. Excellent location.
