Double room in music loving, sociable flat

Room available from 5th May in our 3 bed flat in New Cross Gate. Our housemate is going to be moving in with his girlfriend. We're looking for sound and sociable flatmate to replace him! The room is £560/m and bills come to just under £80/m. The deposit is £520.

The room may be part furnished depending on what he decides to leave, but we can help you get whatever you need, or you're more than welcome to bring your own furniture.

The flat is across 3 floors so has a house like feel to it and a big lounge with high ceilings which we like to use for watching films/ TV on the projector.

Flat is on the high street and sits right between two stations (New Cross Gate/New Cross) both around 4-6 mins walk with trains to London Bridge and Charing Cross, and the Overground. There's loads of pubs and restaurants in the area. 10 min walk to Deptford and 10 min bus to Peckham.

About us - there is myself (Brittany), Richie and Amy. We’re all in our 30s and have a passion for music, mainly techno / d&b / jungle / house / garage, but also enjoy other genres. We regularly go to festivals or gigs.

During the week we all work full time, so the house is pretty chilled out, though we have people over for dinner sometimes. We're also going to be getting a cleaner once lockdown is lifted, so we'll try to keep the house tidy but we're not clean freaks.
