Sublet - 20th November to 18th December

Hello,

I am subletting my room from the 20th of November until the 18th of December, while I'm way for work.

The house is a 4 bedroom house with one bathroom with a bath, a bright and big kitchen and a cool garden. The bedroom is the biggest and brightest of the house. It has a double bed and lots of storage (I will make space for your stuff). I would love someone who would be keen to take care of my plants as well !!

My three roomates are absolutely adorable, all professionals in the creative industry and one is a teacher. We're all very respectful but also sociable so it makes a good mix.

The house is in New cross Gate, litteraly 2 min walking from the station so very practicable to go center. There are lots of cute pubs in the area and it's a 10min bus ride away from peckham rye which is cool to go out !

Finally, I love this house very much so on the hunt for someone who will take care of it and be respectful of my roomates.

Usual rent for a month is £725 + £80 bills, for this period of time I'm wiling to let my room for only £750. Couples welcome ! (with a +£50 fee for bills).
