Sunny Double Room in New Cross Gate

Hello :)

Our dear housemate is leaving her sunny room in New Cross Gate to move back to Sweden.
Our shared four bedroom town house is well equipped, calm and clean with a luscious green garden that is no stranger to nurturing everything from broccoli to beansprouts to tomatoes.

The house is a 7 min walk from New Cross Gate Overground station, and has good connections via bus to Shoreditch, Elephant and Castle/ towards central 5 minutes away on New Cross Road. A large Sainsbury’s is located just by New Cross Gate station, there's a Lidl in Old Kent Rd and local Weekend Farmer's Markets.

Telegraph Hill, Folkestone Gardens and Deptford park are our go to green areas around the corner. Hilly Fileds and Peckham Rye is a short bike ride away,

Housemates are currently in flux (2 rooms will be changing tenants next coming months), but thus far we have been a house of creatives, respectful, environmentally conscious and having occasional dinners together.

Deposit: £663
Bills land on around 45 per month, but the number fluctuates according to season.

Earliest move in date: 18th of June. Latest: 26th. (Flexible)
Whether the room shall be left furnished or unfurnished can be discussed.
