The flat is a 2 bedroom, high ceiling with large bay windows just off of New Cross road.
Theres a large, open living room with all furniture offered to buy upon rental of the flat.
A well equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, oven, microwave, and built in washing machine. A blender, microwave, toaster and kettle will all be offered if to purchase.
The bathroom has a well pressured shower, and a luxurious bath (as someone who is 5'2" its massive).

The bedroom available has a king sized bed in it that can be purchased from the previous tenant, along with the other furniture, i. e. chest of drawers, clothing rack, desk and chair, and shelving. There are a large window that over looks the downstairs flat garden, whose tenants are lovely.

The current tenant is a 25 year old professional. Friendly and tidy but very relaxed, always up for a trip to the pub or a movie night in!

There is a Sainsburys a 5 minute walk away, along with New Cross Gate overground and bus routes at the end of the road. Telegraph hill is up the other end and all the neighbours are lovely.
