The bed in the photos is set up as a single, but transforms into a double. Can be made into single during the day so you have more space, or kept as the double the whole time.
You would have your own bathroom. The room comes with a bed and a wardrobe.
The house has a spacious living room, separate kitchen/dining room, large garden, laundry room, 2x bathroom.
New Cross Gate overground/train station is 3 minutes away. The train goes to London Bridge (one stop, 6 mins).
New Cross bus garage is 3 minutes away, with buses going to Peckham. Oval, Battersea, Vauxhall etc.
House is 2 minutes walk from a big Sainsbury's.
Quiet road which is blocked off from traffic. Free parking.
If you would prefer to be Mon-Fri I would also be happy with this, and could adjust the price.
