Tenancy : Looking for a tenant to take over the lease from 19th of June. We are hoping to stay in this house another year at least (September 2024 - September 2025) but need to wait for confirmation that the rent won’t increase.
The House: 3 bed house, room is cosy but we have a big living room that looks out onto the garden, a spacious kitchen with space to store a bike or two if needed, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom. There is a large walk in cupboard under the stairs which can be used for extra storage.

The Area:
- New Cross - lively + artistic (close to Goldsmiths) yet also quite residential so nice and quiet
A lovely park 30 second walk away (although we do also have a lovely garden which were hoping to get some good use out of this summer!)
Local shops 10 minutes walk away (Sainsburys + other Food stores)
Lots of nice pubs, cafe’s and bars nearby so never short of new places to try!
- Local Buses that get you directly into central London
- Overground 10 Minutes walk away either New Cross or New Cross Gate.
About us : Martha - 24, works in the arts sector (4 days a week WFH and one day in the office).
Clara - 23, also works in the arts sector (hybrid working as well)
We both graduated from arts degrees in 2022 so its a creative household! We enjoy gardening, going to the pub, watching films, visiting exhibitions, going to the local car boot sales, and getting outside in nature.
