I’m looking for a person to take my room in modern flat which I lived in for 3 years.
Our flat is newly built modern flat run by UNCLE, located in between New Cross Gate station (4min walk) and New Cross station (6min walk). 3min walk to Goldsmiths uni, super convenient if you’re a goldsmith student.
The room is very spacious facing Batavia road, furnished with a double bed and 2 bedside tables. It has two windows which I really liked, getting a lot of sunlight and breeze in the summer.
You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other person.
The other two flatmates are goldsmiths students, they’re both easy going, super nice and tidy. We’re looking for someone who is also clean and tidy, respects each other’s space and peace.
Bills not included, around 100-120 pm
