FLATMATE
You'd be sharing the flat with Aaron, a friendly, social and kind-hearted Aussie in his 30s who works in recruitment (WFH a few days per week). Aaron travels a lot with work (up to 1-2 weeks per month), which means you would often have the flat to yourself.
I have had a great time sharing the flat with Aaron and I am looking for an easy-going professional in full-time employment to replace me (no couples please).

Modern, sunny and spacious 2 bed 2 bath with a large balcony, storage room and underfloor heating which you will barely need to use even in the coldest months, as the building is very warm and dry. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer etc.
YOUR ROOM
Generously-sized, recently refurbished with a brand new plush carpet, new blinds and a fresh layer of paint. The room has stunning 180 degree views of the London skyline - pictures do not do it justice. The room comes unfurnished, but if you are interested in some or all of my furniture, I am open to offers. You will have exclusive access to the main bathroom.
BILLS
Average about £160, this includes a monthly cleaner who attends the whole flat, including the bedrooms. Council tax Band C.
LOCATION
Quiet residential street, right in the middle between New Cross Gate (3 min walk) and New Cross stations (5 min walk).
Plenty of nice pubs, cafes and shops in the area, a large Sainsbury’s just a 5 min walk away. New Cross has a buzzing art scene thanks to the Goldsmiths Uni.
TRANSPORT
From New Cross Gate (3 min walk) and New Cross (5 min walk) stations:
- 6 minutes to London Bridge via National Rail
- 5 minutes to Canada Water (Jubilee Line) via Overground
- 13 minutes to Whitechapel (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & City Lines) via Overground.
New Cross Gate is also served by Night Overground.
