Sunny Room in New Cross Flat

I’m (sadly) leaving my lovely flat in New Cross and am looking for someone to replace me on the lease. I’m leaving early for health reasons, so not a reflection at all on the flat or my lovely housemate who you would be living with.

The flat is a split-level 3-bed flat shared between 2, so there’s loads of space. There are two bathrooms with showers in both, so no running late for work because your housemate is hogging the bathroom! It also has a large shared living room and kitchen space with a lot of storage space.

Transport is super easy, with the flat only around a 5 min walk to New Cross Gate station and 15 mins walk to New Cross (both on the Overground). It’s also 5 mins away from a bus stop with quick links to Central London and around 10 mins walk to the Goldsmiths campus.

The room is a bright double, with a large hidden wardrobe/storage space attached to the side. It currently comes furnished with a bed, desk and shelving unit but can arrange for these can to be removed if necessary.

The other tenant (Izzy) is an artist, so they rent the third room as an art studio. I can vouch that they’re a very tidy, easygoing housemate and all-around a lovely person to live with. We're both queer, so we're hoping to find another queer housemate.

Rent is £825, plus around £165 in bills (council tax, wifi, water, leccy, gas) and the deposit is £1,096.
