I am a teacher who lives here with my husband.

I'm looking for a working professional or mature student who wants a quiet and clean environment.

The room is available from Feb 2026, for a few months to begin with, with a view of extending this on a rolling basis if we get along well!

Location:
• 2 minute walk to New Cross Gate for frequent trains into central London
• Close to Goldsmiths University
• A selection of local cafes and shops, including a large Sainsbury’s located a 5 minute walk away
• Fortnightly cleaner for communal areas(I would very much appreciate it if you could still clean up after yourself 🙂)
• All bills are included
• No overnight guests
