2 month short-term stay with potential for longer in 2bd 2ba New Cross flat (South East London - Zone 2). Fully furnished & linen can be provided, perfect for someone just moving here and getting on their feet!

🌞 The space is a large, bright double bedroom with huge master bathroom available from January 5 - March 5 with the potential to extend.

🛏️ Bedroom includes a workspace with a desk and monitor, a clothing rack and also a Peloton (though can move the bike out if needed!). Master bathroom features a shower/bath and heated towel rack.

📍Location: SE14 - 3 min walk to New Cross Gate for the Overground (Windrush) to Canada Water (Jubilee Line) or Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line) or National Rail to London Bridge in 5 mins. 8 min walk to New Cross for National Rail to London Bridge or further into SE London. Well connected with bus routes.

🌱 7 min walk to huge Sainsbury’s or Iceland on the corner. 30 min walk to the beautiful Greenwich Park (though also surrounded by more parks than I can count!)

👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏾 About us: You’ll be living with me, my boyfriend and our friendly 4 year old Cavapoo Luna (she’s hypoallergenic and you must like dogs!). We’re both 34 year old working professionals, I’m Aussie and he’s British. We’re super easy going, social, clean and we love cooking and watching any sport you can imagine. Non smoking household.

💸 Budget: £1400 p/m including bills (internet, electricity, heating/water and just about every streaming platform you can imagine!)
