We’re going to have one room available in our house share from the 1st Feb. We live in South East London in New Cross Gate in a terraced house with 4 bedrooms, living room and a garden! You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 of the girls.

Deposit: £807.5
Bills is around £70-£100 per month. This includes water, council tax, gas & electricity and Wi-Fi.
We are three girls aged 24-27.
We love being out and about but also like our quiet time at home. We’re looking for someone with a full time job, clean and good vibes. It would be nice to have a nice and friendly house dynamic with shared dinners once a month etc, but also have our separate things going on💕
Nearest overground station is a 10 minute walk and nearest bus stop is a 3 minute walk.
30 min bus to central (London bridge or Waterloo) 53, 172, 453, 21 - Frequent night buses as well if you’re heading out.
