Furnished, quiet and comfortable (the furniture in the photo won’t be there, but there will be different furniture from another room, as the person from this room will be moving rooms)
Price: £1200 - this will cover all the rent and all the bills for your stay. open to discuss changing price if you're interested.

At the end of cul-de-sac, very quiet neighbourhood
Big living room connected to kitchen and garden
Storage in both garage & shed, however the garage is currently a studio, but still plenty of room!
If you have a car, we have a drive so you can park there!
📍Location 15 minute walk to New Cross Gate station & big Sainsbury’s
10 minute walk to New Cross bus garage with good links into the city

You’ll be staying with Me & Bex, both 27 year old musicians! Friendly, respectful flat mates who value open communication and a relaxed home atmosphere.
