*preferably LGBT*
Hello! I'm looking for a flatmate as one of them has moved out. The room is a double, that overlooks the garden. The house also has a basement for storage, a well equipped kitchen, a lovely living room and a cute little cat. The room itself has more than enough room to fit a bed, a desk and wardrobe.
Location-wise its pretty handy to get around, there is a bus stop 5 minutes away that is very well serviced and will get you into the city in under an hour. There are two options for the Overground, New Cross Gate and Peckham Rye; we're a brisk 15 minute walk from both. There are plenty of shops on Old Kent Road and some really good, reasonable places to eat (my favourite is the the Noodle Bar).
About myself, my name is Laura and I go by they/them. I'm from Ireland and have been living in London for about a decade, and New Cross for two years. I work as a model but right now I'm doing a course on Ground Maintenance and am out for most of the week (so the gardens bout to go crazy this year!)
I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy, friendly and relaxed. Ideally you would prefer a dinner party over a house party.
Bills work out at about £100 a month; more in the winter, a little less in the summer. Rent is £685.
Looking forward to hearing from you with a short intro!
