Urgent Flatmate Needed

Hey girlies!

Rental available starting April 21st!!!!

Unfortunately, due to personal matters, I have to move out of this current place with these lovely ladies. Our house is located in New Cross Gate, next to a huge Sainsbury’s, close to the Overground tube station, and other bus stops that easily take you into central London. There are also nice little pubs around the area, and a PureGym about a 25-minute walk away. We have a friendly landlord, who’s always available and willing to accomodate to personal needs. Our individual rent is $875, with bills currently averaging an extra $60-80.

You would be living with three other girls: Cara, Malone, and Eve! Cara recently finished her Ph. D. in space physics and works at Queen Mary. Malone is an international student from Canada studying a Master’s in public health and policy at King’s College. Eve also studies at King’s College, a Master’s in neuroscience. Given that three of us are students, we would prefer a student so no one would have to pay council tax.

All of them enjoy chill nights chatting around the kitchen, and the occasional going out into town. They’re all friendly, clean, and organized, so they would ask the same. They (including the landlord) are also open to having a pet here, as I have my cat living here with me!
