The room comes with a bed, chair, and wardrobe as defalt, and an optional desk and small bookcase. It's a bright, South-facing room with direct sunlight morning and evening, overlooking the quiet communal garden out the back of the property.

The landlord will require a proof of income or a guarantor (he's very chill)!
