Cheap Room Available in New Cross Gate (6 months)

Heyy, I'm looking for someone to take over my room from around April 20th to the end of the contract, October 27th 2026. For £587 a month (excluding bills), It has everything you could want, cheap rent, a great living area, brilliant transport links, close to the supermarket and great flatmates.

The flat is a lovely space with 4 bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, a bathroom and shower, and a balcony that leads down to a large communal garden. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you could need, so you can just slit yourself in.

The room itself is quite small, but I am happy with it. It has a large double bed, with storage for clothes underneath, and there are also some shelves and additional under bed storage for whatever else you have. There are also two wardrobes in the living room and hallway for you to use as well. While the room is small, the rent is a lot cheaper, and the living room is large enough for you to relax in.

The flat is located in New Cross Gate, which is in zone 2, and is just a 5 minute walk from the overground station, with buses taking you all over London right on your doorstep, taking only 30-40 minutes to get into central London, and 15 to get to places such as Peckham or Greenwich. It is also a 5 minute walk from a big Sainsbury's and B&M, making it really handy for grocery shopping.

You will be sharing the house with my current housemates Eleanor, Rosie and Freddie, who are lovely people. We are all working professionals in our 20s, and would love someone who fits the same vibe. We all come from creative backgrounds, working in theatre and film, and are keen for someone who would fit in!
