Double room in Queens Road Peckham!

Hello! We are Sadie (24) Char (25) and Kate (27) Looking for a new housemate in South East London! The flat is located in Queens Road Peckham with good transport links nearby (8 min walk to Queens Road Peckham station, 15 mins to New Cross Gate and 4 mins to bus stops with routes towards Peckham / Waterloo / London Bridge)

We are currently looking for someone to move in from June 1st, and will be looking for another roommate in the summer when Kate moves also!

The room is currently £825 not including bills (WiFi, energy, water and council tax come to less than £100/ month in total) and deposit is £951.52. Once we have our two new tenants, we’d love to discuss changing rent slightly in accordance with room size to make it fair for all!

The tenancy will begin on 1st June and is rolling with 2 months notice.

We are a queer friendly household looking for girls, gays and theys for the most part:)

About us!

Charlotte is studying a masters degree in social work, Sadie is in a curatorial role in a gallery and Kate works at a vegan cafe. We are both housemates and friends and want a sociable and friendly household!

We are all clean, tidy, respectful and sociable people who are AN ABSOLUTE JOY TO BE AROUND. We love going to carboots, grabbing a coffee, going to gigs, playing music together (we do come with instruments but will obviously be totally respectful of noise - Sadie & Charlotte both have some days working from home and appreciate having a peaceful environment) anything arty and fun, wine, craft nights etc:)
