I have a spacious and light double room in a three bedroom house with garden. Located on the second floor, the room comes with a wardrobe, double bed, desk with drawers and shelving for storage. It has double glazing, fitted carpets and overall is bright, quiet and cozy. The window faces the garden which means there will be no noisy cars disturbing your peace and quiet.

You will be sharing the property with two flatmates, both clean and respectful, working full-time.

The house is fully furnished and has three toilets, large living and dining area, reception room, big storage room, fully equipped kitchen, rear garden, central heating and off-street parking. With lots of sunshine coming through this house is great for dinner parties, bbq's and general relaxing when the sun goes down!

For those working in the city, New Cross Gate (zone 2) underground and train station is a 10 minute walk away. There are also regular buses to Waterloo, London Bridge, Oxford Circus, Victoria and plenty other destinations.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Walking distance (10min) to New Cross area where there is everything you can wish for and much more, nice pubs with sunny beer gardens, great restaurants and a big Sainsbury's. Goldsmiths University is around the corner and the whole area is booming with life. If you like walking or cycling you will find it very convenient that Peckham, Telegraph Hill, Greenwich and Deptford are all so close, giving you many options in life.

Smoking is not allowed indoors, that's what the garden is for. Parties are allowed and encouraged but must be discussed in advance with the flatmates.

Asking price is £650 pcm, all bills included (heating, water, electricity and wifi). This room is available from 20th of August until the end of January 2018 (dates can be discussed further).
