Before I go any farther, we are just 27 minutes away from Charring Cross by Train! People do ask.... FREE PARKING ON OWN DRIVE TOO!

So, a little about myself and then Ill tell you about the place and transport links, I'm a friendly chap and love to cook and care for others too.

Just out of interest, I'm a history graduate, I have a lovely job at Parliament , I am a Christian and gay too with a big heart.. I have a background as a counsellor, social support and in libraries too. I have a love for steam Engines and Steam Heritage, attending 1940s events and all things vintage. I also enjoy, cycling, love walking in the countryside, miniature wargaming and history. I'm a bit of a Troy but not politically active.

I'm hoping for for some one who is respectful and sociable, who will look upon the place as home. The last guy who stayed was short term for 6 months and stayed 7 years and has become my best friend.

Regarding the place, there is attic space, is FREE Wireless Broadband , cleaning products. off road parking and toiletries!

I can offer a double room fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe side-cabinet (all modern) in a spacious and clean, newly decorated bungalow with a large garden and conservatory.

There are all mod cons with a large dining room and modern central heating throughout.

I am situated 7 minutes walk away from New Eltham main line train station and it is a 22 minute train journey direct to central London stations. There are also major shopping centres nearby and supermarkets just around the corner.

If you are into cycling as I am, then we are on the Kent border with castles and beauty spots just 45 minutes cycle away!
